This is a decadent single layer olive oil flourless chocolate cake (almond flour based) , topped with brandy spiked French chocolate buttercream and a swirl of raspberry cardamom jam.

NOTE: NEW PHOTOS COMING SOON! This year’s cake will not have fresh raspberries, rather a beautiful swirl of our most beloved raspberry cardamom jam (making it more shelf stable, ultra decadent at room temp and delicious 🤗)   

ALLERGY NOTE: While this cake is gluten free, it is prepared in a kitchen with gluten flours and we cannot prevent air contamination despite best practices for food prep and storage; it may not be suitable for those with severe gluten allergies. This cake contains NUTS.

Pick-up will take place in Fairmount (19130, Address to Come!) from 9 to Noon on Wednesday November 27.

Cakes booked through the Online Shop are available for local pick-up ONLY, Wednesday to Saturday from our Kensington location.
