1) Vanilla Sprinkle Cookies & Tahini: classic vanilla sprinkle cake, tahini caramel, buttery graham crumble, cream cheese frosting, vanilla bean Swiss buttercream
2) Earl Grey Brownie Sundae: earl grey cake & mascarpone whipped cream, chewy brownie bits, honey comb crunch, bergamot & lime Swiss buttercream
3) Blueberry Shortcake: Olive oil citrus cake, blueberry ginger & lime jam, vanilla bean mascarpone whip, pie crumble, citrusy vanilla bean Swiss buttercream
(4) Strawberry Rhubarb, Brown Butter Fennel: housemade strawberry rhubarb jam, brown butter cream cheese frosting, brown butter fennel cake, lemony Swiss buttercream
(5) Cardamom Pistachio Cream Cake: cardamom spiced cake, rose & lemon Swiss buttercream, pistachio butter buttercream, chopped pistachios, cardamom & rose milk soak
(6) Chocolate Devils Food & Raspberry: devils food cake, salted, espresso infused Valrhona dark chocolate French buttercream, housemade raspberry cardamom jam

This is an at-home tasting. All orders are available for pick-up in Bridesburg at BLDG 39 at the Arsenal (home of The Culinary Collective): 5401 Tacony St Philadelphia PA 19137.
CONSUMPTION TIPS
Cakes are best eaten the day of (or next day from) pick-up, BUT also happen to keep exceptionally well stored in your freezer in their original individual slice packaging. Simply allow to defrost for an hour or two at room temp for a sweet treat or party trick!
