This single layer "snacking cake" style treat features an ultra moist spiced carrot cake (which happens to be gluten free! though you wouldn't know it....), with toasted pecans & walnuts, topped with browned butter cream cheese frosting and a swirl of pearl & lemon marmalade, adorned with fresh edible flowers from Tlush Family Farm

ALLERGY NOTE: While this cake is gluten free, it is prepared in a kitchen with gluten flours and we cannot prevent air contamination despite best practices for food prep and storage; it may not be suitable for those with severe gluten allergies. This cake contains NUTS.

Our Thanksgiving Menu is available for pre-order until Friday, November 15.

Pick-up will take place in Fairmount (19130, Address to Come!) from 9 to Noon on Wednesday November 27.
